Privacy Policy

Jazz on Wick pocket schedule — an unofficial, fan-made companion app for Jazz on Wick (Hackney Wick, London, Sat 5 September 2026), built by Phil Godfrey t/a Melosuite.

In short

This app does not sell your data, and it does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It does use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits (detailed below), and it loads its fonts from Google. Everything you save in the app stays on your own phone.

What is stored on your device

Everything you save in the app is kept only on your own device, in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your phone unless you share something yourself. The app remembers:

the sets you star in “My Plan”,
your light/dark theme choice,
your larger-text setting,
which venue filter you last picked,
which plan you last exported to your calendar (so it can offer “add only the new ones”), and
whether you’ve dismissed the “add to home screen” hint.

To clear all of it, delete the app’s data or clear your browser’s site data — nothing is held anywhere else.

Analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)

The web version uses Cloudflare Web Analytics so the builder can see roughly how many people open the app and from which pages. It does not use cookies and does not collect personal data such as your name, email or IP-based profiles. You can read how Cloudflare handles it in their Web Analytics documentation. If you’d rather not be counted, you can disable the script in your browser.

Fonts from Google

The app pulls its fonts from Google Fonts (two Google servers). Your browser fetches the font files when the app opens, so Google’s servers see a standard web request, including your IP address, as with any website that uses web fonts. Google’s own privacy policy applies to that.

Hosting

The web version is served by Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard, anonymised server logs as any web host does. Neither the app nor Melosuite collects anything beyond what is described above.

What the app is

An offline-first schedule of the festival day: what’s on at each venue, “Now & Next”, a starred “My Plan”, and search. Once opened, the whole day works with no signal. The set times shown are placeholders until the official running order is published; the app is not affiliated with or endorsed by the festival.
